One simple fairy cake recipe that will result in a dozen fairy cakes
you’ll need:
- 200 grams of butter
- 200 grams of fine sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of self raising flour
The first thing you do is to gradually mix the butter and the sugar with
the vanilla and then add in the four eggs. Once the mixture is
homogeneous add the self raising flour little by little, and maybe just
a bit of milk if you consider it is needed. All that’s left to do is to spoon the mixture into paper cups in your
choice of muffin pan, and bake them for fifteen to twenty-five minutes
at about 350 degrees or until they’re firm and risen. Leave them out to
cool for a while and then decorate them with the frosting of your
choice.
